Q: When will my order be ready?
A: We need approximately 1-2 business days to prepare your order. Once it is packaged you will receive an email alerting you that your order has been packaged and is ready to ship.
Q: How Does the Shipping Work? (For Coffee, Glasses, Mugs, and Accessories)
A: We offer several different shipping options at checkout. Flat-Rate Shipping is the cheapest and takes typically 3-5 days to arrive depending on where you live and which facility the items ship from. USPS Priority and FedEx takes 2-3 business days. Other types of shipping are generated at checkout based on your local carries availability, weight of your package, and zip code. These options are generated automatically and will tell you the carrier, the cost, and the delivery time. You'll have total flexibility to pick the option that is best for you. Remember the flat-rate shipping will not increase no matter how many items you order so it's a great deal every time.
Q: How Does the Shipping Work? (Clothing)
A: Our clothing items ship from several different warehouses throughout the US. Typically these orders take 3 business days to process and roughly another 3 days to ship depending on where the items ships from and where you are located. Please note that your 1 shipping charge covers all items shipped regardless of how many different warehouse and providers are used. You will receive separate tracking information for all clothing.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once you place your order you'll receive an email or text (your choice) letting you know that your order is being processed. You'll also receive a notification when your order ships, along with tracking information. Lastly you'll receive notifications when your order is out for delivery and when it is delivered. So don't forget to check the box so you can get the updates. If you forget to check the box shoot us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be able to resend your tracking info.

A: Simple. Place an order over $50 and you'll qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

Q: How do I apply automatic discounts?
A: For an automatic discount to apply (When they are being run) simply add all required items to your cart. The discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
Q: How do I use a coupon code?
A: If you have a coupon code simply fill up your cart and head to the checkout screen. Once on the checkout screen you'll see our coupon code box. Simply type in the coupon code to have it applied to your order. Most codes are Case sensitive so pay attention to what you type.
Q: What if my coupon code doesn't work?
A: Check to ensure you entered it correctly. The codes are case sensitive. Try retyping the code. If that doesn't work send us an email at email@example.com and we'll assist you in getting your code to work.

Q: How can I make a change to my order once it is placed?
A: We strive to fill orders as quickly as possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change to your order once it has been placed. Please note that once your order has shipped we will be unable to make an adjustment to it.

Q: How come you only offer Whole Bean Coffee?
A: Because Specialty Coffee will maintain its freshness and flavor profiles better in this form. Once you grind your coffee it is best to brew it within in 5 minutes. Remember this isn't your average supermarket or big box chain coffee. Trust us you'll know the difference after your first sip.
Q: Why is the Coffee $17?
Great questions all coffee beans are Q-Graded on a 100 point scale. From highest to lowest coffees are rated as Specialty, Premium, Exchange, Standard, and Off-Grade. In order to be considered Specialty the coffee beans must score an 80 or higher. All of our Coffees are graded between 82-86. This means you are getting some of the best coffee on the planet.
